You can add it under the shipping & handling tab, but not in the title of each indivicual listing.

Under the s&h tab it will appear on all your listings, but not instantly visible.

Go to: My Delcampe, under the "sell" tab, left hand side: My Store>sales conditions. There is a section specific for p&p (s&h).
