    I believe the official name for Taiwan is "Republic of China".

    Hi,
    Yes, as mentioned by other post. This is a cover from Taiwan. Stamps were issues in 1975 (Michel 1106) and show General-Major Hsieh Chin-yan (1905-1941)...
    As for value, the stamp has cat. price as Euro 0,20
