I have some items that may be of interest to collectors of different specialties. If I list them in one specialty can I somehow cross reference them to another specialty?

Unfortunately no. It is only possible to list in one category only as far as I am aware. Other members will correct me if I am wrong I hope

Only one category per item, so you need to decide which is the most appropriate for what you're selling
