    Maybe the country, a translation, a value ??

    Hello.

    A very similar seal from Nepal here:

    If I good remember, nepalese had a personal seal for identifying letters.
    The red seals where used by the Raja's and the blacks by ministers, courts, high military's etc

    Now, good luck to translate it....
