    Hi,
    One important reason could be no insertion fees unlike on eBay. Also final value fee is lower percentage here than on eBay. Of course lower fees could allow also trying to ask higher prices on some items in some occasions, for a very long time. It also depends who's the seller, his he/she doing it for charity, a little extra coin to spend on own collecting hobbies (stamps mainly) or profit for a living. Maybe I'm wrong but it often seems on eBay USA prices are by catalogue no matter what condition (centering, postmark) while here lower quality stamps seem often cheaper. Quality still costs...
