On Friday I bought an item from a seller who only accepts Mangopay. I have used this method of payment before so did not anticipate problems. Unfortunately however my attempt to pay produced the error message "Your 3DSecure authentication failed."
I have no idea why this should happen as there is certainly no problem with the credit card account concerned.
I requested help from Delcampe Support on Friday but the only email respose so far is a copy of my own message. The seller is waiting for payment so I would welcome a response as soon as possible, please.

I have vaguely heard about scam-attempts, that use this "failed" message. So please be alert and better wait the help of support before fall into a trap......
