    Hello, thank you for your response and the pictures, yes, local tokens were valid in Greenland. I also found that there was a barter trade in Greenland. Also Norwegian and Danish coins were valid there, because Greenland belonged to The Kingdom of Denmark-Norway. The Norwegian coins were valid until 1814, when the Kingdom of Denmark-Norway broke up and Norway came under the administration of Sweden. Danish coins were still in use there after 1814.
