All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Each completed order will be shipped separately.
All orders will be finished and invoiced every morning.
It is not possible to combine orders from different days in one shipment.
Please understand that the above-mentioned method is necessary to enable our various automated stock control systems to work together properly. Our Delcampe stock listings are updated once a day during the night, please understand that it always might be possible that an item already has been sold through our own website postbeeld.com before the update.
Our system always uses the address as provided from your Delcampe profile. Changes afterwards are not possible.
Payments have to reach us within 2 weeks after placing an order. If not, your order will be cancelled.

Our stock is held in more than 10 different locations within the Netherlands, therefore it might take some days before we have collected your order in one place and are able to send it to you as one shipment. This also means that after you have carefully selected all the stamps for your order, it is activated at these locations. Combining and adjusting an order is therefore unfortunately not possible. Please take note of this when creating your order and make sure your Delcampe order is ready before 6:30 (central european time). Later additions will always be handled as new orders and shipped separately.
All offers are under reserve. Due to the fact that we work with different platforms, typing errors, stocking errors and delay in database connections to upload data on Delcampe, there is always a minor possibility that we cannot deliver an item. In which case we, of course, do not charge or will refund.
Shipping
-If your order was shipped via registered mail, please be aware that we can only file a claim with the postal service within one month of the shipping date. If you haven't received your item within that time, it's important to contact us promptly. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with lost shipments after this period.
-If your order was shipped via regular mail, please check the dispatch date and keep in mind that it was sent from the Netherlands. Delivery may take a little longer depending on your location, and unfortunately, we have no control over postal transit times. Thank you for your patience!
Warranty
If the customer does not wish to keep the product for any reason, he/she has the right to return it to us within seven (7) days after delivery. Returned shipments can only be accepted if warning is given in writing, packing is undamaged and products are in the same condition as when shipped by PostBeeld. Shipping costs for returned the items will be paid by the customer.
Delivery Fees
We only use quality packing materials, even for small shipments. This makes shipments heavier but reduces damage during transport.

We ship all Delcampe orders up and until 62.50 euro by regular mail, orders between 62.50 and 187.50 euro registered and orders above 187.50 euro insured. We can ship and charge orders under 62,50 registered on your request. If you wish other shipment methods, please don’t place your order from the Delcampe site.
We use fixed prices and do not respond to lower bids.
All orders will be handled automatically every morning between at 6:30 (central european time), your invoice will appear later in the morning. In our automated logistic system it is not possible to combine orders, so be sure that you ordered all that you want to buy from us before 6:30 (central european time).

All stamps will be delivered under EU margin-VAT rules. So no VAT will be mentioned on the invoice.
