- Purchase and Payment
- It is important to us that your purchase is made in full confidence, trust and transparency: you can ask us anytime any question even to take news. Email us: info@filatelicly.nl or info@philatelicly.nl.
- By bidding on an item and/or by purchasing it, you agree to the present Terms and conditions and to the Delcampe charter. You commit to pay for the items in a reasonable timeframe as per the buyer deontology (chapter 5)
- We combine shipping on multiple purchase (save shipping and transaction costs)
- Once you purchase completed, please ask us to send you our invoice.
- We prefer bank transfer payment (No cost). A payment via Paypal is possible (additional costs may apply).
- You will receive an invoice and/or a payment request from Delcampe
- Shipping
- Orders are processed and items are dispatched within 10 days after clear receipt of funds.
- Our evaluation of the transaction will be given after the order is processed
- We communicate the Track&Trace nummer upon demand
- Completion
- When you have received the items, if conform and satisfied, please give us your feedback through your evaluation
- In case of problem, we kindly invite you to contact us before evaluating us.
- Unless specified otherwise, items can be returned in their original condition within 10 days after reception. Please contact us before you wish to return an item.
Terms and conditions
- The items advertised a guaranteed genuine unless mentionned otherwise. Errors are possible and we kindly invite you to inform us if it would be case.
- In case the sold item is not available, the transaction will be cancelled.
- Unless mentioned otherwise, pictures, scans and illustrations are not contractual if the item is not unique (the item exist or is proposed in multiples. We can send sample pictures on demand.
- The buyer is responsible to provide correct information like delivery adress if different then the billing adress.
- International Buyers: import duties, taxes and charges are at the buyer's charge. Please check with your country's custom office what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
- Orders are processed within 10 days after clear receipt of funds. Philatelic postage is used as much as possible.
- Shipping costs are the buyer's charge. They include postage, handling and packaging.
- Items can be grouped to save shipping costs.
- If not insured, no claim will be considered and no refund will be issued in case of loss or damage during transport.
- Insurance is mandatory for a purchase amount of 50 EUR and more
