The stamps in black mounts with a fairy even split between mint & used. Begins with an apparently mint GB 1840 1d black and onwards with almost every page well-filled including better sets & notable high values such as Bahamas 1884 £1 Venetian red used, 1902 £1 green and black mint, Br. Virgin Is 1879 set mint, 1888 4d on 1s mint, 1899 set mint, Cape of Good Hope full-margined 1863-64 4d blue pair unused, 6d bright mauve mint (among many other triangulars), Cyprus 1928 British Rule set, 1934 pictorials set, Dominica 1923 £1 black and purple/red mint, Falkland Is 1898 5s red mint, Gibraltar 1912-24 £1 dull purple and black/red mint, 1925 £1 red-orange and black mint, Mauritius 1848-59 1d red imperf used, Montserrat 1904-08 5s mint, New Guinea 1915-16 £1 chocolate and dull blue SG 99 never hinged mint, Orange Free State 1903-04 set mint, Rhodesia 1892-93 £5 sage-green used, 1896 1s yellow- ochre opt'd mint, 1898-08 £2 brown mint, St Lucia 1860 set mint, 1863 set mint, 1904-10 set mint, St Vincent 1899 set mint, 1921-32 set mint, Western Australia 1854 1d black imperf used, plus so much else.
