    Hello, Does anyone know what this code means? it comes up when opening some of my listings (I estimate about 1100) with the message "This page cannot be displayed at this time".

    They were all listed in the other collections category, although CS have kindly moved them to another category, at my request, the problem persists. CS told me it could be my browser, I have changed it but still getting the Error code.

    It only affects the 1100 listings that were in this particular category.

    Perhaps someone could look at this listing & tell me what they see.

    Hello again,

    I think I misunderstood your message. I thought it was the "other collections" category page that led to a 500 error, which was not the case on our side.

    Nevertheless, I checked with your example above and I do see an anomaly.

    So I contacted our IT department. I'll let you know as soon as they give me more information.
