    Before you accuse a moderator of wrong-doing, please check what is going on.

    I moved this message from "philately" to this forum, because it has nothing to do with philately. I considered "technical problems", but this may or may not be a technical issue. It's likely to be picked up quicker here, than under philately and you have indeed received a reply from Benjamin.

    The reason I did not reply myself is that I have suspended all my sales until next Wednesday and could not judge for myself if there was a problem with emails and I cannot see your email settings.

    Just in case you still think you listed it under "technical problems", attached image shows the last activity in the philately forum - compare that with the time you started this thread.

    You may also want to check you spam filters. I know that some of my messages from Delcampe end up in the spam folder.

    here is a technical issue for you.
    I just clicked on the link that there was a new message on this thread and although it took me to the correct thread/forum, the text is in French (i.e. the buttons "reply to this message", etc.

    It does show up correctly when I come to the forum, but not when clicking on the email link.

    Phil_ately: you can find your message on the English forum under the section "The Delcampe website"; that is where I moved it.

    here is a technical issue for you.

    (Unfortunately) I am back in the land of the working after a nice break.

    I have just received 30+ email notifications for sales.

    Therefore it appears that the problem is at your end.

    Again, check your spam filters.

    In your Delcampe control panel go to "account" (tab at the top); down the left handside "my information", "email parameters". You will find a list of different email notification you can opt in or out. The bottom 2 are for sales related emails. Check that they are both set to "yes".

    If that is not the problem, I cannot help you any further I'm afraid. You got my messages about moving your post and forum notifications, so obviously some Delcampe emails are getting through to you.

    If you have not contacted Benjamin yet via the link he provided above, I'd suggest you do so. That way he can look into it further.
