No Delcampe notifications

    I've not received Delcampe emails for the last few payments I've received through Paypal.

    Is this a temporary thing or part of the recent changes that have been made re Paypal payments?

    I think it depends on whether they use the e-wallet or PayPal directly - I've just had a stand-alone PP notification but earlier in the week I got the dual notifications

    They are using the e-wallet, because item details are there.

    I have not had any delcampe notifications for pay pal payments either for the last 24 hours. I hope this is only a temporary glitch

    I've had no notification from either D* or Moneybookers for a payment made earlier today; I assume it/they are floating in the ether somewhere

    I got 1 Paypal payment yesterday and 3 Paypal payments today, but there are no Delcampe notifications for any of them.
    Also for 1 week I haven't got any emails from Delcampe for the about 300 new auctions I started.
    I use to get an email from Delcampe each time I got a payment via Paypal and 1 email each time I start a new auction.
    Can anyone here tell me what's the problem?
    I haven't changed anything in the set up.

    I've had no notification from either D* or Moneybookers for a payment made earlier today; I assume it/they are floating in the ether somewhere

    Same here - I've received six payments today via Moneybookers with no e-mail notification from either Delcampe or Moneybookers.

    Buyers must have paid through the wallet as the items are marked as "paid" - and I don't think the buyers would all have manually marked them as such.

    I've just found 1 Skrill payment without any notifications from Skrill or Delcampe.
    All my Paypal payments this weekend are also without any notifications from Delcampe.
    It's very hard to find the buyers when you don't have the Nickname, but only an email address or the buyers first and second name.
    I hope that I found all my payments, but what about the sellers with hundreds of sale every day? It must be chaotic to find the buyers.

    That brings me to the suggestion, that the buyer's nickname is added to the Paypal notification (as is the case on Eb**)

    Great idea,

    It will save me a lot of faffing around reconciling payments to user names.

    I've just had 2 PP payments come through with both notifications.

    I missed one payment this morning, that was made over the weekend with MB. My buyer will have to wait an extra day for his items.

    I've just had 1 PP payments come through with both notifications, but the Delcampe notification isn't the notification that I use to get, but it's better thean nothing.
    2 other PP payments were without using the Wallet, and therefore there are no Delcampe notifications.

    Hi. I have had 2 p/p payments this evening with Delcampe notifications but there is no content to the message. Solely the usersname. Nothing else. Useless.

    Three more payments this morning via pay pal plus notifications from Delcampe but all these said was 'payment received from .....'. nothing else at all. no link to print anything else, label etc. I thought we were promised this was going to be sorted by Monday.

    Just received a payment via MB/Skrill.

    I received payment notification from Delcampe with the member's name in the subject line - ie "[D*] Payment received from xxxxxxxx"

    However, the formatting of the e-mail & field codes seem to be all out.

    ie "Your buyer [xxxxxxxxxx(xxxxxxxx)], made a payment of 15.85 GBP into your %walletProviderName% account." (The correct member's user name ( & actual name) was shown but I've just anonomised it.)

    Correct list of items was shown.

    Links to delivery slip & contact buyer was text only - ie not hyperlinks - and yes, my system is set up to receive e-mails in html.


    Obviously still not sorted out.

    I've been receiving them in exactly the same way, so it's not your settings.

    Yes, just got one myself (but not another about 30 mins ago) so presume the fix is very recent - hopefully that's it sorted as it was a real pain having to check through all the paypal & Moneybookers items to see if there were any new payments!

    I've received 4 payments since 4.30 this afternoon.
    2 x Paypal payments have both notifications, a MB payment with just (as is normal) the Delcampe notification and 1 Paypal payment with just the Paypal notification; the Delcampe email is missing.

    The 3 Delcampe notifications have all the usual links enabled again.
