    Hello friends,

    I´m Arbeyna from Spain, I sold some months ago some banknotes to a French guy, I only accept payment by wire transfer or sending the money by registered letter.

    The buyer "told" me he sent the money by ordinary letter, I do not think he paid, the money never arrived, he gave me a negative feedback and one 50% feedback, I opened a discussion but the buyer wants not reply, and Delcampe............... missing, nobody from Delcampe write me giving me a solution......:question:

    Does anybody know how I can contact with somebody who could help me? :help:

    Sorry to hear,but some buyers just simply don't care about sellers policies. I'm in Canada and cnnot accept bank trasfers,so few times I received negative and 50% just for not accepting transfers,what can you do ,there are many different people. Don't go do discussion,it not working anymore.What you need is contact :help: a person who is in charge for you country.Contact information you can find in Help and contact section.
    They can remove only 0% feedback,50% will stay.
