Fees generated by reserve price option cancelled

It seems opportune to tell you that since we switched to the new version of the website on Thursday September 22nd, we understand that the selling form - now offering the reserve price option - could be a bit confusing for you all.
Indeed, many of you have sent us emails explaining you had chosen the reserve price option by mistake and asking us what could be done about it.

On the other hand, since surfing had become harder due to technical problems now belonging to the past, we noticed that the reserve price option did not have as much success as you could have expected.

Therefore, today, because of those reasons we could not prevent from happening, we decided to react :

- All the sellers are exempted for all the fees generated by the reserve price option between the 22nd and 30th of October (24H00 GMT+1). The fees in question have been deleted from your history payments list and your current balance will be updated.


Important notice : There will be no cash refund for obvious reasons. Your account will be credited with the difference. You will therefore have the pleasure to see your current balance increase positively.

This will make a hole in our budget but your satisfaction is very important to us and we could not stand the idea of disappointing you.
