Delcampe notification emails ended in my spam box

    The last 2 days about 1/3 of my Delcampe notification emails ended in my spam box.
    It's my started sales, my sold items, payment received, messages from buyers and so on.
    I haven't changed anything in my settings, and this isn't happen for me before.
    another issue is that some of my notifications for the started auctions is from 10 minutes and up to about 1-2 hours delayed, and also here some in my spam box and other is coming in my inbox.
    Any of you with this problem?

    Yes, it started with me earlier today when I had a few random emails going to spam, plus a grouped bid accepted by me didn’t appear as sales for almost an hour.

    Over the Weekend it seems to be ok with my Delcampe notification emails, but since Yesterday morning 6 February all my Payment notifications and all my Feedback notifications are in my Spam box.
    I have just sent a payment request this morning, and the copy of the payment request email is in Spam box.
    Other Delcampe emails seems now to be in my inbox.
    I hope that this problem will be solved as soon as possible.

    I'm missing nearly all email notifications today.
    Listed new auctions and relisted some, but only got a few email notifications.
    Got many Feedback, but only got a few notifications.
    Sold more items, but only got notification for 1 sale.
    Got payment, but don't got the notification.
    This have been a problem most of the day, and was also a problem most of the last week.
    A bit of the notifications I receive are going in my Spam box.

    Our IT team has found the cause of these emails not being received and has corrected it. As a result, the emails that were previously blocked are gradually being forwarded to the members affected.

    We estimate that it will take 48 hours before the situation is completely resolved.
    We remain at your disposal if you're still having problems by early next week.

    The problem seems to have been solved.
    I have got notifications for my listing today and also for a payment, and nothing in my spam box, but of cause I haven't got any of my missing notifications for the last week or so.

    Cecilia you write 48 hours for the problem to be completely resolved.
    For the last 2 days only a couple of my notification emails are received in my spam box, but this morning, when I started listing new auctions, all my notifications are in my spam box.

    Hi Cecelia,

    Unfortunately it has not been rectified. Today I found 2 sales notifications in my Spam box, relating to a transaction today of 15 items sold, where the other 13 items correctly went to my inbox.

    Hi Cecilia.
    The issue I wrote about this morning continued the rest of the day.
    I have sold 16 items to a buyer but only notifications for 14 sales and 2 notifications in my spam box. I also got several feedback, but a lot of them was also in my spam box.
    I also still got more of my listing notification in my spam box.
