Feedback page not working

    I have just tried to leave some feedback for sellers, but have found the usual feedback page is not functioning correctly. There is no facility to leave comments or ratings.
    Can someone please fix this?

    The page format has changed.

    Find the member to get feedback and mark the listing to receive feedback then click on leave feedback. Mark the percentage to leave - then enter the comment then click on leave feedback.

    Thanks for that. Nice of them to tell us the format had changed!

    Still no explanation of why it was decided to make it less intuitive, and more steps.
    And the help page "giving a feedback" still describes the old system

    Hi everyone,

    the reason behind the changes in those pages is to standardise our pages.
    We want those pages to match the system already in place in the following pages: My purchases/My sold items.
    In those pages, all the action buttons are on the right of the page.
    The action process on the feedback pages was inconsistent. One time you had to go to the left, the other time you had to go to the right or even go to the top of the pages.
    By standardising the action buttons and the whole process, we believe that the system gets smoother and is more consistent.

    We have also changed the box to select which feedback to give.
    It was still the old format even though this box had been replaced in all the other pages where it appeared (in the sale's page, in the pages "My purchases/My sold Items").
    See below the comparison between the two.

    We understand that any change, no matter how slight it might be, can have an impact on how you use the website.
    In most cases this means that a new habit needs to be taken.
    We hope you'll, in time, appreciate this change.

    FYI, the articles in our help center will be modified. The one about giving a feedback was just modified in English.
    We'll have a look at the other pages.
