Incorrect date on closed items

When I manually close an item sometimes when it appears in the closed sales list the closed date is wrong., It says that it closed on the date it was originally due to end, not the date it was actually closed on.

This seems to happen randomly. When I click on the item to see what it says on the item itself it gives 2 different closed dates.

    For Example

    #405513738

    "Closed on Friday, 3 November 2017 22:28

You are the seller of this item.
This item was first put up for sale on Tuesday, 18 October 2016. The sale closed on Sunday, 12 November 2017 20:12."

I also have this problem every day, and it's a big problem when I shall delete my paid items, which have got ratings, from my inbox.

This now becoming annoying. I wanted to relist items that ended on a particular date & I nearly ended up relisting items I didn't want to because the end date was wrong in my unsolds!. I ended up having to double check them before relisting, which was time consuming
