Changing account balance

    Yesterday, after I received my monthly bill, my account balance was £49.70

    "Following your transaction, the balance of your Delcampe account is now -£49.70"


    Today my account balance is -£50.81.

    Why?

    The last transaction on the account is the monthly bill. so why is the balance different today than it was yesterday?

    The only thing I did yesterday was cancel a sale by a non paying buyer, but that would have reduced the amount owed, not increased it!

    Delcampe didn´t charge the taxfee yesterday. Today they did. Yesterday my account was cleared. Today I found that I have a minus of a few eurocents.

    Delcampe didn´t charge the taxfee yesterday. Today they did. Yesterday my account was cleared. Today I found that I have a minus of a few eurocents.

    Not so sure if it was last month's tax fee.

    I paid the amount outstanding and it then told me I still owed £0.36.

    When I went to check my account history this small amount went all the way back to 2013.

    The next morning it looked all normal again with a £0 balance.

    I also paid immediately my fees and my account balance was 0.00, but now it is - 1.78. I think the Delcampe must give explanation.
