HELP NEEDED TO MAKE AMENDMENTS TO POSTAL CHARGES

    Can anyone help . I need to correct an error in my postal charges but cannot find a link of how to get into them to make the change.

    I have asked Customer support but have received the following message from them -

    Exceptionally, we are unable to respond individually to the questions we have received in recent weeks. This is why we have closed the ticket without giving a personalized reply.

    If i could have found the information I would not have asked them in the first place.

    It seems that Sebastian has disappeared without giving us any reassurance about any of the problems occurring daily and now Customer support have given up. The site is now a bad joke
