Multiple changes is not working

    I have just attempted to make changes to my sales. To my horror I was redirected to the new site - honestly my heart sank when I saw that and with good reason.

    Ending date - everything to end on 14/10 - this has worked.

    Change everything from fixed price to auction - this has not worked.

    I need to be able to rely on these features, because there are periods of time when I am not able to process sales. The period between now and the 14th is one of those.

    Why o why has a halfbaked website been imposed on us, instead of proper programming and testing before going live? And then removing features from the old site in order to force people to use the new one, which is a shambles.

    Right, I have given it an hour and come back to this fiasco.

    I tried again to change to auction and nothing happened.

    As I have a mixture of fixed price and auction sales, I decided to try and change everything to fixed price - this worked.

    After that I tried to change everything to auction; this worked as well on the new site, BUT..............

    The changes have not been made on the old site.

    And in the meanwhile I had a sales, which I didn't want anymore at this point in time.

    It seems like I have no choice but to close all my listings.

    Same problem here.

    Tried yesterday to change all sales from fixed price to auction, it did about half.

    Have tried again today without any success.

    This website is rapidly becoming a disaster.

    While I had a mixture of sales, it would not work to change everything to auction.

    However, I did manage to change all to fixed price and after that I managed to get everything converted to auction.

    It is unbelievable that this attempt at a new website has gone live and they are actually threatening to close the old site sometime this month.

    For a multitude of different reasons, the new site is unworkable and/or malfunctioning.

    Why on earth, if they weren't able to rigorously test it before going online, didn't they launch it quietly and asked a few hundred members to test it for them and report back. Deal with all the issues and only then make it available to everyone.

    I for one would have happily given some of my time and I am sure there would have been others as well.

    Ditto, I selected "all" - change to auction and nothing at all happened. Tried it 3 or 4 times and came to have an angry outburst here before walking away from the pc in frustration.

    It used to take about 2 minutes on the old site - it cost me my entire evening yesterday.

    Last time I tried 'Multiple Changes' it didn't work properly and reset the price of a number of my lots to £0.00.

    I have until the end of the week but wanted to start early in case there were issues again.

    And yet again there were.
