    I just had to manually restart items that should have restarted yesterday.

    I found them in my ongoing sales list in My Delcampe, even though they were actually closed (ended yesterday, 24 hours previously !), not ongoing.

    I think yes it was a glitch

    I spoke too soon.

    I have 30 odd pages of items that ended last night, which are still in a closed state in my ongoing sales.

    I am going to leave them alone for now; hopefully they will get sorted.

    This appears to be a general problem. I also have numerous pages of items that were not restarted yesterday. I hope that this can be sorted out quickly .

    I spent 3 hours late last night manually relisting 10,000 items, 100 at a time.

    I could only do this by 'closing' them again (despite them theoretically already being closed) then once they appeared in the unsold list , relisting them.

    I simply couldn't afford to wait until Delcampe sorted out the glitch, otherwise my store would have been nearly empty. :mad: :psy:

    You have my admiration for having the patience to do that. It would have driven me crazy in trying to do that. Already half way there in trying to work with all the cock ups that delcampe keep creating in their effort to provide a 'new system' that nobody wants. All we want is stability in the 'old 'system that both sellers and buyers liked and could use .

    Oh dear oh dear.....this site is just becoming a bad joke. I really do not have the energy to manually restart the pages & pages of items closed on 29th and 30th that did not restart. In a month, I assume that everything in my shop will be closed.

    Sebastien, Miranda or any staff who bother to read these posts.....Is there anyone there on the technical staff who knows what they are doing???? Seems not.

    And please....no more thanking us for our understanding and patience....just get the site right or close it down for intensive-care renovation. Thank you.

    The link to the status page shows a catalog of disasters. Time after time the same problems....resolved (haha).....then a few days later same problem again including regular complete failure of the site.

    We all like Delcampe...that is why we are here......BUT why is this happening?

    All my items have been renewed overnight.

    As all my sales end in the evening, I won't be able to tell until then if it is fixed or not.

    This problem has NOT been fixed. A quick check has revealed that items have not been restarted from last week . No time at the moment to check any further but will do so later today
