    It is actually quite common that a confirmation email gets send to your registered email address to confirm any changes - you'll find the same with Paypal and Moneybookers.

    The best thing to do is to contact Delcampe directly,help & contact (top right on every page) or dimitri@delcampe.net - make sure to mention your new email address or they will not be able to get in touch with you.

    That's very strange as I have replied to both of your e-mails (02/07/2012 and 25/06/2012). I see that I sent the replies to your old e-mail address, so that maybe explains why you didn't see the replies.

    If you don't have access any more to your old e-mail address, I can modify the e-mail address of your Delcampe account for you if you want. In order to guarantee your account's security, I need to ask you for a scan of your ID card (passport or driver's licence work too) though.

    Send it to me at dimitri@delcampe.com and I'll immediately take care of it.
