    Having same problems in the US too - Sat. evening & Sun afternoon. at least I got back into Delcampe in early evening.

    Once again, COMMUNICATION about system down times & reasons would let members know it's not just their connection or use but system-wide and how long outages have been or might be anticipated. An indication of the game plan to improve things might build some confidence & patience too.

    Communication could buy a lot of goodwill. Lack of it, burns up goodwill & generates frustration, heat etc.
