    Hi , how do i when selling have 2 different postage rates ,one for single items and one for bulk items as it changes all my listings for single items to bulk rate at the moment when i post a bulk listing with that larger postage fee.

    As you don't set up "postage per item" on Delcampe, you have to describe p&p in a few sentences, depending on weight/size/destination.

    Have a look at my listings and that of several other sellers to get an idea of how to do it.
