    I don't have a 'minimum purchase' policy as I think such a thing is self-defeating: several times I have sold a single low-value stamp to an overseas buyer who is more than happy to pay four or five times the item price in postage to obtain it; others will buy several items to share the postage cost between items

    'Conditions of Sale' is one possible place for this, but you are dependent on the buyer actually reading it - we know what problems we already have with the 'Shipping and Handling' tab!

    If you do need to impose a minimum purchase policy perhaps the best place would be in the item description itself - at least it's on the main part of the page
