    and thank you for your investigation!

    How strange! I found reference to the handbook multiple times throughout a blog about stamp engravers and was quite hoping to find a copy of the book to further my research on Scandinavian test/dummy stamps. The link below shows an article where in the fourth paragraph from the top it is clearly referenced:

    Maybe Glenn is the author of the blog? If not, he may be interested to know that somebody has a copy of his unfinished book!

    Glenn says it is not his blog but they are obviously keen cos he got another enquiry from a collector/friend yesterday! Are you on Glenn's website on dummy stamps on stamp printers info cos you could have asked direct! I knew Glenn from years ago when he was Librarian at National Philatelic Society.
