    Although I usually collect only Lepidoptera (butterflies & moths) on stamps and related postal history, I've recently been side-tracked by an interest in the Czech(oslovakian) artist Max Svabinsky. He designed the stunning 1961 butterflies set. He also designed the Masaryk issues of the '20's, and many others till his death in 1962. I am trying to uncover the cachets he designed for covers that were not for his stamps. Any other information relating to him and philately would be most welcome!
