    Can we put tracking number of our mail atfer we SENT our items to buyer, like Ebay?
    recently i send a registered letter to Canada in June but now in Sept nothing happened. online tracking is not delivered but my letter is in Canada!

    you see above information online tracking...what we could do?
    i refund the money today to the buyer bcos too much time waiting.
    Lucky i loost less 4 euro. item including postage is very cheapper.
    but buyer open the dispute (#199297455)

    now i hope our post office will give me answer after paper tracking by China Post.

    It is not possible to do this on Delcampe.

    If I sent an item by "registered/tracked" mail, I put the information on the Paypal transaction.

    If you have a tracking number, you can still do so. However, I don't think they will take any action in your favour, if you have already refunded your buyer.

    Yes. Quite correct.

    I always send items registered and send the buyer a message on Delcampe with the tracking details.

    Over a period of several years, 2 items paid for by paypal got "lost" (actually 1 was returned to me a year later as damaged)

    In both cases, I supplied a copy of the tracking receipt to pp plus a printout from an online tracking site.

    That proved items were sent and was the end of the matter.

    I agree that it would be better if D were to provide a tracking link for sellers to put in details but I guess that will have to wait till the "new" site problems are resolved
