    Hi,
    This is an Ottoman cancel: two double-ring for not important city, like this. Three ring for important city. 1280 Hijri = 1865 ~ A.D.
    Here you see cancel of Damascus with three rings, and Gaza with two.
    I have not understood which it's the city in your image .
