No buy button?!

    I am ready to pay for several purchases under "My purchases: To Pay" tab. But when I tick the "Paypal" option, the site calculates my shipping costs ---- then noting.

    A link appears under the total that says "Go Back to the previous page." This is for all vendors I need to pay. I purchased items a month ago with no issues. What am I overlooking?

    [I also tried to add a credit card - never needed to do this before - but my bank blocked the transaction. The last think i want to do I wait on the phone to deal with this...]
