Message when an account is temporarly locked

    Hi Support
    I ask for a mod regarding every call for a client temporarly locked for a dispute.
    Now you show a generic html page and this can't be parsed by our program that wait for an xml response

    Is possible to change the page with an xml answer with error message as we can parse the answer an we no longer try calls for this client ?

    That is indeed unexpected behavior. Thank you for reporting it.

    Hello,

    The fix is now live. You'll see an error when you log in.

    You should no longer find any HTML pages in the API. If you do, please let us know. We'll fix it as soon as possible.
