    Finally Closing My 10 yrs old Delcampe Shop, Because of lack of support from Delcampe Pay staff in verifying my documents,
    It is strange that in document verification even my passport is rejected with remark - Document has expired.
    May be their is no manual verification, I have all documents, I have Paypal Account, I have Payoneer Account but Delcampe Pay have rejected my documents more than 15 times. With no guidance or online support as to whats missing

    I wonder what the alternative is. I tried ebay but it keeps me at $200 limit no matter what. Support says I am not eligible since I never sold on ebay for the total of more than XYZ. Dead end. At Delcampe at least there’s no such issue. But my story is obviously a different one. Of course it is frustrating when there’s lack of support. Good luck anyway

    Replying all mail is not sufficient, you first reply is always that your are short of staff - most of your work is done by machine i suppose. if any sensible person would have checked the documents then he would have surely guided as to which document is to be filled in which column. Documents which were earlier approved get rejected when attempted second time.
    I have send all documents end number of times, i am tired and I have given up hopes.
    I will send all documents to your mail - can you put them where they are required to be uploaded ?

    I have shop at Ebay since 15 yrs, even Payoneer check all my documents - it was just 3 minutes process. not an complicated as yours. If my documents were insufficient Payoneer would not have approved my documents. I evn have Paypal account.

    Clear explanations were given to you regarding the documents you have to send.
    I invite you to read again the message sent by my colleague Cecilia on September 21st at 09.14 (Brussels time).
    If you don't find back this email, I invite you to contact us again so we can provide you with this information.
    The documents have to be sent by yourself, there's also some information that you need to fill in on the website.
    Those actions cannot be performed by Delcampe.

    As a reminder, Mango Pay, acts as a bank institution. As such, they have to follow strict EU regulations rules when it comes to the verification of their accounts. Payoneer is not an EU company as such they don't follow the same regulations as Mango Pay.
