Problem with the DAC 7 directive - 2 acconts

    Hi there,
    I have a customer that has 2 different accounts on Delcampe.
    Now the DAC 7 directive does not allow to have 2 professional account linked to the same Country ID.
    My customer asked me to migrate all the listings form one account to the other.
    I can easly write the code, but I wonder if the Delcampe team can do the same working on the database.
    It sounds like a simle SQL statatemet.

    You can contact the customer service for this, they'll give you solutions to handle your issue

    we contacted the customer support and followed the instructions.
    Unfortunately it seems that the system is not able to produce the csv file.
    We tried several times, but the mail with the link to download never arrived.
    Maybe it is the large number of listing involved.
    The Id of the user is 1122731
    Could you please check?
