Is there an email problem?

    I am concerned. I am receiving email notifications as usual from Delcampe, ie item sold etc.

    My worry is that they are being sent with cc to two other accounts of mine which are private, and do not appear on my account. Please check urgently to see whether you have a breach.

    I too faced this issue of cc email, and trying to figure it out when was this added and how it was added?

    These are now clogging up personal and business emails. I use my exiting email address solely for Delcampe so this is incredibly inconvenient. My other two email addresses are unknown to Delcampe so it worries me why this has started.

    Unfortunately, true to form there has been no response from Delcampe.

    We have implemented a new feature following many requests from our professional members: any email is sent to the main email address of the account, but a copy should also be sent to the secondary email address that was added to your account in the past.
