Item closedUnsold for no reason

    Hello,
    How are you ?
    Since the 1st june, some of our product are delisted because they are unsold.
    But we put the value "Until it is sold" on revewal on them. (I checked our backoffice to be sure)
    Can you help us to know why that happend ?

    it seems that the sale was out of sync with your backoffice since in our database I see that the item had only 5 scheduled renewals. As it reached the end of the 5, the item was closed automatically.

    I know there was a time when we had bugs on renewals. They were not set correctly. Maybe that's where the desynchronization would come from.

    Don't hesitate to check if your items for sale have the renewals they are supposed to have.

    Just to be sure, actually to renew infinitely the offers, we passed a 'null' in the parameter renew of the api. It's good or not ?
    renew => null

    Yes, it is. An empty value will renew the item until the sale.
