Obviously some weeks ago you setup the new rule that there may be no http/https references in the description part of an article. As I used to show the article pictures also in the description part, as a result there arose very many errors since some weeks as I could see in my error-log files.
Its no problem for me, to exclude http/https references in the descripton part. But my tests withe the newly adjusted API-loading routine does not publish any picture from my picture domain :

Link (https)

So, obviously my picture domain has been blacklisted by delcampe.
As I have adjusted my API routine, so that there will be no more http/https references in the description part, I herewith ask you to
remove above mentioned domain from your blacklist, so that I can load again articles to delcampe.

Can you please confirm , when my picture domain is again free for loading ?

I wan to precise why I assume you blacklisted my picture domain Link (https) ###
-> if I use an other picture domain for uploading pictures ( note: I am NOT talking about the description part now), the pictures are uploaded correctly.
BUT, all my pictures are on Link (https) ###
-> so please unlist this domain from your blacklist asap so that can do further business with delcampe

by the way - one week ago user cartespostales_de faced exactly the same problem and it seems you found an individual solution for them , that they are still able to load pictures , even in the description. So please open this possibility also for me . thx

The solution has been applied for all our users, the problem is solved

We do not blacklist our users' servers. We investigate to understand the source of the problem. Your server may not be configured to handle the load that our server sends.

what exactly did you solve for all users by when ?

my API upload works fine = without receiving an error message

BUT: the single pictures (not description pictures) are not uploaded from my usal picture server Link (https) ###
whereas if I use an other picture domain such as https:// boeger-service/#### , the pictures are uploaded successfully,
so as the domain source is the only difference, it appears to be very clear that my initial domain is somehow blocked ...

can you please investigate on that and let me know the result ....

so its not solved
please support that I can go on loading with pictures !

I was talking about the problem that "cartespostales_de" had. This problem has been corrected for everyone.

We have found the source of the problem you are experiencing There is a problem with your SSL certificate, the chain is incomplete.

2 solutions: either complete your certificate to have a complete chain or do not use the https protocol but http.

Example:
* Link (http) instead of Link (https)

thanks for you hint that it might be a http/https issue

But: my https picture links are fully ssl secure and the ssl certificate is vaild and complete. Also other plattforms have no problem with my https picture links like e.g.

Link (https)

I assume that delcampe API has the general bug not to accept https references anymore ?
Can you please habe a look into this assumption and fix it ?

Hello Chris,

Your certificate is not complete as you can see here: Link (https)

So we have this error: "curl: (60) SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate" while we use the latest cacert.pem. At the moment I have no other solutions to offer you.
