API problem: Autentication failed

    Hi there,
    I developed a very simple application for a customer to insert items in Delcampe.
    The customer used the application for several months, but today it continue to receive a Autentication failed error.
    Nobody touched the application and the parameters since I released it and I do not understand the cause.
    I also have a stupid page to test the connection and the result is the same.

    Does the API Key have an expiration date?
    I never heard about it, but maybe it has.

    The customer username is chartaland

    Please check and tell me something.

    The API Key has no expiration date. We have not made any changes in the API for a while but we will investigate and come back to you if we detect any problem.

    thank you for your answer.

    I've been at the customer office to check his account and the API key is disappeared.
    There is non menu item "API Delcampe" under the "Il mio Delcampe"->"Vendite" menu.

    I think I understood what happened:
    1) My customer signed for EasyStore and got the key from that application
    2) When he requested for the API key, he was told to use the existing key, because EasyStore was no longer available
    3) I think that someone (people from Delcampe or EasyStore) deactivated the key
    Of course, I can not be sure, but (1) and (2) are facts and (3) is the simplest answer to the problem.

    Now the problem is that the customer is no longer able to insert new items.
    Furthermore, he has about 45K listing on Delcampe that are also on other sites, and my application should keep each site synchronized, but since yesterday I receive the message "The API Key [...] is not recognized in our Database!"
    where [...] stands for the customer API key (If you give me a private mail, I can send the actual value).

    Please restore the old key as soon as possible or send a new key asap.
    We can not wait for the usual 30 and more days to have a valid key.
