API keys not working

    Hi there.

    We are currently wanting to develop an API integration.

    Delcampe provided us with the following details:

    A developer account username
    A developer account password
    API key for the developer account

    A test account username
    A test account password
    An API key for the test account

    However, the API keys are not working, returning "The API Key is not recognized in our Database"

    Would appreciate if anyone can give us some feedback from their own experience or if someone on the Delcampe staff would be able to look into this.

    @gaetan, many thanks. We contacted with client service.

    Just a quick question since we are not experts but are subcontracting the programming services.

    What are the username and password provided for? The API documentation on github doesn't seem to mention the need for a username and password. From what we have seen the API key is enough to generate a token and from then on make the calls...
