As soon as a transaction is marked paid, the information to send the payment is no longer available.

To have access to the information again

  1. Go to "My purchases: Awaiting Shipment"
  2. Select the transaction and click on the “Payment sent” icon

    The transaction will move back under the “Awaiting payment” tab
  3. Go to “My purchases > Awaiting payment
  4. Click on the "Pay" transaction button
