I have mistakenly indicated that I received some items, how can I go back?
If you have erroneously indicated that you have received an item, the transaction will show up under the tab “Received” of your purchases page and the “Item received” icon will be checked.
To no longer indicate having received an item
- Go to the page “My purchases: Received”
- Select the transaction and click on the “Item received” icon
The transaction will move back under the “Awaiting Shipment” tab.
- Click on the “Item received” icon again when you receive the item.
