Hi,

It is not in the written text on the left: there he says only 'Many greetings from your friend Joh. Manbarier' (?).

Unless somebody actually knows the place, the only clue can be the post stamp (but it seems virtually unreadable).
The card has been sent to (Bad) Ischl, but from where?
