    Greetings - I have checked the :Need Help" section a few times but I do not see what I am looking for. Is there any easier way to invoice the buyer on Delcampe? I kind of got used to the feebay system which is pretty simple to use. This system does not seem as seamless. My buyer bought three cards and I ended up creating a short word doc and emailing the info to the buyer. I had to add all three items, insert the S&H fees, insert my PayPal ID. Is there a better way of doing all of this that I am missing? When I start to hit 50 sales and more per week, I get nervous thinking about the invoicing. I have placed this on the forum, if it should be directed to Help, sorry, I just want to know how other folks are doing it.

    At present invoicing is a bit of bother.

    Some steps help streamline the process.

    I Contact info;

    In your "My Delcampe" consul.. fill out the parameters page with all contact info to pay you. This info is automatically attached to the bottom of all your listings.

    II Blank invoice;

    I made an invoice template in 3 languages (french/German?English) and

    The invoice has blank spots for item # & tile sold; Winning Bid price & total due with shipping included.

    III Tracking sales;

    I use the "My Sales; Closed" page under My Delcampe to send all my messages and track my transactions.

    That page has mark spots for Payment requested, Payment received, Item sent & Item received.

    I sold170 itemss so far in the last month and it seems a manageable system so far.

    I would prefer an automatic invoice system but I can easily make this one work.

    Cut & paste is the name of the game presently.

    That is kind of what I thought so we are pretty much thinking along the same lines. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

    Hello,

    In a little bit less than a week, a new invoicing feature linked with our new payment system will come.

    More information in some days ;)

    Wonderful! I am looking forward to it. By the way, so far my experience with Delcampe has been very positive and I am looking forward to selling many postcards through your site. Best wishes, markomundo
