Can anyone provide any information about the Swiss stamp in the scan?

It is from the 1966 publicity issue and the caption (roughly translated} states it is a Kingfisher in winter plumage. In my searches I have not been able to find this variety in my various catalogues or find it listed on line anywhere.

If a catalogue reference and valuation exists I would be most grateful for this information or, indeed, any information about this stamp.

My thanks to anyone who can help.
