1918 usage of German stamps

Could somebody tell me what the following stamp values were commonly used for in 1918 (internal or foreign postage, letters or postcards) Germania stamps 10pf carmine, 15pf slate violet, Bavaria King Ludwig 5pf yellow green, 10pf carmine 15pf scarlet, Austria Imperial Crown 5h yellow green, 10h claret and what were postal rates.

thanks for that, these were the values of the forged stamps made by the British in WWI supposed to be used by agents within Germany etc (probably destroyed after reading) but also used to mail propaganda from Holland by using multiples (some of which shoulda survived) doubtful if Bavaria or Austrian forgeries ever used (perforating heads made in May 1918 nobody guessed there would be an Armistice in November!)
