last changes 2025-01-02: IMPORTANT changes in shipment costs

Per 01-01-2020 is een nieuwe internationale wet- en regelgeving van de UPU ingegaan met betrekking tot het verzenden van goederen. Postzegels vallen hier ook onder.
Dit houdt in een GROTE prijsstijging voor de verzending van postzegels naar het buitenland. De envelop met postzegels moet voortaan een verzendlabel met barcode hebben. De informatie over inhoud en geadresseerde moet vooraf digitaal door PostNL worden doorgegeven aan het land van bestemming. Dit kan ook gevolgen hebben voor invoer belasting voor landen buiten de EU.
Ik kan hier niets aan doen. Wat ik wel kan doen en ook graag doe voor u is het aanbieden van de mogelijkheid om over een langere periode aankopen te combineren om zo het aantal zendingen te verlagen.
In verband met nieuwe regelgeving voor het verzenden van verpakkingsafval naar Europese landen, was ik genoodzaakt vrijwel alle Europese landen uit te sluiten voor de verkoop. Het spijt me, maar als ik heb aangegeven niet naar een land te kunnen versturen, kan ik dat ook niet. Ik wil namelijk geen boete krijgen.
On 2020-01-01 a new law from the UPU has started considering the shipment of goods. Stamps are considered goods as well.
This results into HIGHER shipment prices for sending outside the Netherlands. The envelope (mailbox parcel) with stamps MUST be labelled and bar-coded online. The information about the content and the address must be sent digitally by PostNL to the country of destination. This can have consequences for import taxes for countries outside Europe as well.
I can't help these new shipment costs. All I can do is offer to combine purchases over a longer period so you have less shipments to pay for. I will gladly provide that option.
Due to a new agreement between European countries for shipping waste packing material I had to delete most European countries from my shipping list. I’m very sorry, but if you can’t make a bid or a buy, I can’t change it.
I closed most countries outside Europe because the shipment costs are way to high now and I had to close most European countries because of the new waste regulations and costs within Europe. I don’t like it at all, but I can’t change it.

For other countries or packages, please ask the costs before you are going to bid. The postal services have made it almost impossible to make a list of the prices since almost every country has different prices for different weights.
Combine purchases
I can’t help (registered) shipment is so expensive in the Netherlands.
You can combine purchases over a longer period to save on shipment costs and if you buy a lot, a discount is possible. Only on agreement BEFORE buying. Please ask for it.
Shipment of all letters, parcels and registered letters 2x a week
Gewone post, aangetekende stukken en pakketten worden minstens 2 keer per week naar het postkantoor gebracht. All letters, registered letters and parcels will be brought to the post office at least twice a week.

Door invoering van het nieuwe betalingssysteem op Delcampe accepter ik alleen nog betalingen met Mangopay en PayPal. Betaal alstublieft met Mangopay als het kan.
Ik accepter geen contante betalingen en ook geen betalingen met postzegels.
Due to the new payment system on Delcampe I only accept payments with Mangopay and PayPal. Please pay with Mangopay if you can.
I do NOT accept payments in cash or with stamps.

I cannot be responsible for normal or barcode shipments getting lost. If you choose normal or barcode shipment the risk of the shipment getting lost is yours. I carefully pack the stamps and from the outside it isn't visible that stamps are inside. However 1 in 250 shipments gets lost. I regret that, but I can't help it.
Choose registered shipment for safety.
For other countries it would be best to choose registered shipment too for amounts above 50 euro. Above 100,00 euro I ONLY ship registered to EVERY country.

Het hele jaar stuur ik de aankopen op zodra ik de betaling heb ontvangen. In de periode van vlak voor de Kerst tot en met een aantal dagen in het nieuwe jaar verstuur ik echter geen post. Het risico op zoekraken van poststukken is dan vele malen groter en ik wil er alles aan doen om de aankopen veilig bij u te krijgen. Daarom verzend ik pas weer post na 6 januari.
Past years have shown that shipments get lost more often when sent between Christmas and New Year and the days just after.
Therefore I don't send anything from a few days before Christmas until a few days into the new year. I do like to do my utmost best to get you your items and I think I have a better chance when I send them after January 6th.
