Retard de réception
Si le courrier n’arrive pas au bout de 2 semaines, prévenez-moi.

Passé 1 mois sans nouvelles (2 pour l’étranger), je considère qu’il est arrivé à bon port et j’archive les ventes.

Conditionnement

Mon épouse conditionne les lots avec soin (carton, plastique) tout en restant en dessous de 20 g.

Si le poids des articles et de l’enveloppe risque de franchir cette limite, elle envoie le bordereau de livraison par mail.

État des timbres

Il est indiqué dans le titre et le descriptif. L’état “B/TB”, recense les principaux défauts. En préparant les articles, mon épouse peut, éventuellement, en repérer qui ne soient pas signalés.

Dans ce cas, je vous informe au moment de la facturation.

Affranchissement

Le courrier est généralement affranchi avec des timbres en francs, si le stock de faciales le permet.

Si vous avez des souhaits particuliers en matière d’affranchissement, merci de me les soumettre en sollicitant la facturation.
