1866 (21 Jan) envelope (with letter) from Bloemfontein to Riversdale showing m/s '6' and, on reverse, red Colesburg (3.2) and Port Elizabeth (12.2) d/stamps. Note: There is no indication of prepayment of the O.F.S internal rate of 6d., but on arrival in Colesburg, it received the m/s '6' for the 4d internal Cape Colony rate plus the 2d fine as the postage was not prepaid.
