The new DELCAMPE rules:
If a buyer asks you via the site's messaging system to wait before sending the purchases in order to add other items to the package, here is how to proceed:
- - either you wait until he has completed his purchases before issuing an invoice or a payment request (you leave the items “uninvoiced”). A period of one month seems reasonable to us given the duration of the auctions.Please note that under future European legislation, this will no longer be possible (date still undefined, between now and 2026 to 2029), because invoices must be issued within 48 hours maximum following purchase.
- - either you send the invoice/payment request and request that payment including shipping be made within 14 days. You specify to your buyer via Delcampe messaging that when invoicing their next purchases (also to be paid within 14 days), you will deduct the shipping costs (since these have already been paid). You send the paid items in a single package once the purchases are completed. This is the recommended method, preferable to the first one. It guarantees your payment and guarantees Delcampe the collection of platform fees as purchases are made. The vast majority of sellers already do this.If a buyer does not pay you within 14 days despite your reminders, do not hesitate to cancel the sale and provide a negative feedback.

WIDERRUFSRECHT
Als privater Verkäufer unterliege ich nicht den Bestimmungen des Fernabsatzrechts (§§ 312 ff. BGB). Ich bin daher gesetzlich nicht verpflichtet, dem Käufer ein Widerrufsrecht einzuräumen.
Aber freiwillig gewähre ich dem Käufer ein Widerrufsrecht innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Beendigung der Auktion, bzw. bei Rücksendung innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach Erhalt beim Käufer. Die Kosten der Rücksendung hat dann der Käufer zu übernehmen.
GEWÄHRLEISTUNG
Ich bin als Verkäufer verpflichtet, dem Käufer die Ware frei von Sach- und Rechtsmängeln zu übergeben. Ist die Ware bei der Übergabe an den Käufer mangelhaft, stehen dem Käufer Gewährleistungsansprüche zu. Wenn ein Mangel vorhanden ist, der nicht auf dem Scan bzw. bei der Beschreibung zu erkennen ist.
