Returns
Satisfaction is guaranteed! After receiving any item you can return it within 14 working days (Monday-Friday) for immediate refund. While you need not state a reason, it would be appreciated. My goal is to provide you material as described and which you are pleased with.
Ownership
Title and ownership of all material remains with World Stamp Company until the material is accepted by the buyer. You have 14 working days to accept the material (see above) or return it as not accepted. After three weeks (21 days), if we have not received your notification and return by accountable mail, there is a conclusive presumption that you have accepted the order. Of course, we can agree to extend this period but we must discuss it and any extension must be in writing (postal letter, not email). I recommend that you email us promptly regarding any returns.
